EU CONSUMER RIGHTS – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., by email). You may use the EU model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Certain products may be exempt from withdrawal rights for hygiene or health protection reasons once unsealed, as permitted by law.

AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE – EU EXCEPTION
This arbitration clause does not apply to consumers habitually resident in the European Union or United Kingdom. EU and UK consumers retain the right to bring proceedings before their local courts in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

GOVERNING LAW – CONSUMER PROTECTION OVERRIDE
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
However, if you are a consumer residing in the European Union or United Kingdom, nothing in these Terms shall deprive you of the mandatory consumer protections afforded to you under the laws of your country of residence.

STATUTORY RIGHTS PRESERVATION
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable EU or UK consumer law, including rights relating to conformity of goods under applicable consumer protection regulations.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY – EU COMPLIANCE
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law
